Knowledge-Based Facilitation

My facilitation style tries to promote knowledge-based negotiation processes: negotiation within the limits of what is technically and scientifically realistic. It tries to avoid negotiation on the basis of fantasies or illusions. Interests may be different, but there are limits to the interpretation of available facts.

 

 

Facilitating Meetings

Optimizing supply chains in multi-stakeholder settings, creating partnerships for sustainability: as a rule, we are dealing with many interests and many different ideas about reality. Creating joint action on the basis of a shared agenda is never simple in such a context. On the basis of my experience, I have built effective facilitation skills for leading complex negotiation and cooperation processes.
